Kata Beach

Directly at Kata Beach are some very attractive divesites located: Kata Beach, Koh Puu and Karon Rock. Kata Beach we can dive from the beach, to dive Karon Rock and Koh Puu we take a longtail boat.

All divesites at Kata Beach are located comfortably close to our divecenter and offer relaxed diving, normally without strong currents. Karon Rock has a maximum depth of 18 meters, Kata Beach and Koh Puu around 12 meters. There is much small fish life, including nudibrances, flatfish, lionfish, scorpionfish and cuttlefish. Kata Beach is an excellent divesite for night diving.
These divesites are suitable for both experienced divers and beginners and also very suitable for divetraining at all levels. The visibility is normally around 10 meters. Since we here have (almost) no sailing time it is possible to make a half day daytrip diving at Kata Beach.



1,100 Baht for 1 dive (every day of the week, minimum 2 persons),
1,200 Baht for 1 night dive (every day of the week, minimum 2 persons),
2,300 Baht for 2 dives by longtail boat (every day of the week, minimum 2 persons)
Prices valid till 30 April 2012
Diving at Kata Beach is possible from November till April.
